materiality well the core value of
augmented reality is that it builds on
reality itself which is a platform that
we are familiar with that is fully
immersive NHD and even has a social
platform integrated into it
so we're automating modifying and
enhancing the experiences we already
have and that's a very natural way to
integrate technology and create value
for people and what are some of the
limitations the drawbacks like any
technology is what will the industry and
conduct makers make of it
will they really seek to create value
not just as human centric applications
but as humanity centric application will
that enhance our connection with reality
or create separate narratives and
experiences and that's a challenge that
we all have now what do you think about
marketers using augmented reality I
think that as long as marketeers
acknowledge the power of this technology
and don't just use automated reality as
the new shiny toy to force content into
our physical world it has a really
important role in creating more complex
narratives to brand and create a whole
brand world around product the moment
they will really try to hack a reality
or invade it and push content down the
users throat they will hopefully fail
but they won't use the full potential
beauty of this technology how do we make
reality great again first of all we
don't try to avoid it because whether or
not we live in a multi-dimensional
reality or this is the reality we have
to deal with the issue is how do we
mediate our experience with realities so
in order to make reality great again we
need to connect with it we need to
connect with the physical existence that
we have as humans because ultimately we
are humans and we need to go back to the
core of what technology is which is to
better the human experience and use it
in order to better our experience within
the physical world
because there's nowhere to run to or at
least nowhere to run to that we really
want to stay in what is beyond mean to
you beyond is for me beyond the
technology so beyond the technical
aspects beyond what can we do but how
can we make it better and why are we
doing this and this is the biggest
question that we have right now in the
tech world and happily I see also from
other speakers that technologists and
content makers are going back to the
core of why are we making things and
what is the value of it on a humanity
level and a human level and this is a
great point to be in especially as a
sci-fi lover because finally you know
everything that we dreamed up is
possible it just acquit the question is
what are we going to do with it
